I never find myself embarrassed because I’ve realized that in this life NOBODY knows what the hell they’re doing! We’re all winging it, throwing spaghetti at the wall & seeing what sticks. 💁🏾‍♀️

I’m rewatching all of your confidence videos because let’s just say I didn’t take them seriously enough the first time. I’m trying to work on myself and level up. I have been stagnant for far too long. It’s painful to realize but it’s only up from here. Thank you for the quality content.

I think I accidentally developed her confidence when I wasn’t really giving a damn about my surroundings. I was in my own bubble when it came to my style traveling etc… however living at home with family gave me extreme anxiety because I felt like I wasn’t enough while the entire time I was on the right path. So moral of the story be in your own bubble don’t fall in the spider web of social media which makes you think you need to look a certain way for validation. Do things you love doing. After this virus crisis I’m leaving the country and do things I always wanted to do because Why the f$&@ not ? 🙃

Putting work over health is a problem for our culture, and it's a disservice Shalloners to promote this, imo

It sounds good to say "Who are you?" when it comes to opinions until you have people who are able to actually sabotage your career; call you lazy and get you fired and demoted and then track at every job and continue to illegally do the same thing. It's a living hell confidence can't get you out of.

YOU are my confidence idol! No wonder you are published because your words are dead on! What a contribution you are to me during quarantine! Also I came across Rihanna in person. Her energy was so lovely and magnetic! Both of you women are very inspirational. 🌈👌☺️

Shallon you are so cultivated, I really love listening at you. I am a parisian and I would have loved to meet you there in Paris

I would love a topic of dealing with toxic coworkers. Ugh. I cant stand these 30 year olds acting like high school drama filled girls.

Please stop talking about mental health if you’re going to be so inaccurate that it’s scary. You do realize that there are MANY people who suffer with mental health that is not just a direct result of something bad that they’ve been through right? So saying Rihanna is lying about anxiety because she’s done red carpets and performances so many times Is completely irrelevant and just shows how ignorant you really are on this topic. It’s how your brain is wired and the richest ,best looking, most successful people… can have anxiety. Just listening to how you are using general stereotypes to imply people are lying about their mental health is enraging. You can’t “fake it til you make it” to magically get rid of your mental health. ✌️ I also get that you’re comfortable with the fact that you are in to 16 year old kids as you proudly state “I date boys,” but as a 35 year old woman myself… that is just fucking creepy.

You could try to hate and bad mouth every celebrity or people in ur life and make a vid of them like it's their fault (or just mask your inferiority by doing that) but not Rihanna. What do you know about her? You know her that personal that u accused her ditching the grammys coz she just didnt feel that day while it was in your work ethics to show up everyday you right YOU DONT SHOW UP ON GRAMMYS. LOL whats the difference of entertaining netizens behind a camera vs. actual people watching at you perform in the grammys(an actual stage with live people "flesh" as u like to refer them & not just talk about your sexual desires on younger boys or throw your shade to Selena Gomez on a personal level *opps!*) Give yourself a break.. and go share us the tips of what to do when you embarrass yourself online.

I don't think Kylie's baby is biologically hers. Like how Michael Jackson's children weren't his, but he wanted white kids. Kylie wanted kids that looked mixed, but not white-mom mixed. Kylie made her face look like her sisters, like she actually is a biological daughter of a Kardashian. But then has a baby that looks almost exactly like Khloe's baby. How? Sure, one could say Kris' DNA is that strong, but obviously not.

I call bullshit on Stormi being Kylie's baby forreal.

Hello Beach do you know who I am? Oh, you don't know, right. Okay, I will tell you who I am. I am in love with that group that you spoke badly and crossed all boundaries with it, bug. Who are you to talk to them and say that you do not know whether they are girls or  Men? I don't need to show you that they are men because this is a shame. Oh, you criticize them for wearing makeup? Damn you because you are so stupid. I heard that you work in an international magazine and a journalist and you work with world famous people. Of course, you did not see, even once, one person or one man does not wear makeup, I'm sure. As for Jimin and Jungkook, did you know that Jimin's finger is better than you sure and it is better for you to close all your instagram, twiter and youtoub accounts now before we lock them up for you. BTS has passed through more dirty people than you. Damn you, despicable, I don't want to remind you of my dirty and dirty past

My scattered thoughts on this video:
    1) Shallon: "It takes practice to be good at anything, like pulling porcupine quills out of a labrador." Me, blink: "Wait, what?"
    2) I remember the first time I saw my now-husband, walking towards me in a crowded room. Head up, shoulders back, like he knew where he was going and owned the room; he was confident without being cocky. There was, quite honestly, something very magnetic and appealing and sexy about it. I wanted both him, and to be like him.
    3) I used to be that super-sensitive person that always got my feelings hurt. I remember one epic failure where I was playing a video game with my son sitting on my lap, who at the time was three and able to read. People were chatting about very explicit sexual topics in general chat, and I made the mistake of very politely asking them to take it to a private channel. Next thing I knew, what felt like the entire community was jumping down my throat, cussing at me, calling me a troll saying I was purposely trying to start a fight (even though I kept it polite and never cursed at them), saying things like "News flash, your son is going to have sex someday." I was like, "Yes, but not at three!" I was shocked and taken aback at the pack mentality and the anger of something I hadn't thought was so inflammatory. They said some pretty harsh things about me, and I was hurt and confused…until my husband pointed out, "Why do the opinions of the people who a) don't know you and b) don't matter to you, have the power to hurt you? Why do you care what they think?" And I realized he was right. Not that someone's opinion was invalid if they didn't know me, but that trolls will be trolls, even when they're gaslighting you as the troll; and people that knew me would know better than to think I was trying to stir up shit. I've had people online call me stupid and ugly and a host of other things, and now I just shrug, let it roll off my back, and move on with my day.

Love your content, I’ve been watching non stop for two days! Haha… My classic fake it to you make it is to take the room from the start with a smile and good energy👌 that makes it easier to start conversations later and ppl feel comfortable speaking to you😊

Rihanna is aging . Her body isn’t what it used to be and she’s wants a kid but the man she want a kid with. Doesn’t want a kid from her . No she has to go back to drake or Chris brown . Cuz she doesn’t want to have kids with broke person
