A: No rules! Have fun, experiment with taste, texture and colour to decorate your smoothie bowl.
Dried fruits, grated chocolate, seasonal fresh fruits such as strawberries or mango, chopped banana, frozen blueberries, scoop out passionfruit. Coconut or cow yoghurt, honey, maple syrup.
Q: Do you have to use banana in the blend?
A: You can use mango, or berries such as strawberries or blueberries. Generally you will find a frozen or fresh banana will add more bulk to the blend and creaminess. If you don’t use a banana, you will simply need to use more of another fruit.
