Quick & Easy Breakfast Green and Go Smoothie Bowl

Amanda Parker from Mayella Organics shows how to make a delicious smoothie bowl. They are a really fun, nutritious and delicious snack or meal taking only minutes to prepare. With the advantage being there are no pots and pans, no mess, not many dishes before or after and hardly ever
any leftovers to worry about – bowls are usually licked clean! The scraps can go into the compost and there is no “eat your veggies” nag to deal with. Mayella Organics love only clean, toxin free, natural and organic, vegan ingredients – the way Mother nature
intended them to be for a lifetime of health and wellness. Get blending!

Commonly asked Q: Are there any rules with toppings?
A: No rules! Have fun, experiment with taste, texture and colour to decorate your smoothie bowl.
Dried fruits, grated chocolate, seasonal fresh fruits such as strawberries or mango, chopped banana, frozen blueberries, scoop out passionfruit. Coconut or cow yoghurt, honey, maple syrup.

Q: Do you have to use banana in the blend?
A: You can use mango, or berries such as strawberries or blueberries. Generally you will find a frozen or fresh banana will add more bulk to the blend and creaminess. If you don’t use a banana, you will simply need to use more of another fruit.

Happy smoothie-ing!
