I always apply powder over powder. If you were using a cream blush/contour/bronzer, then I would set it all with powder AFTER. If you are using a powder, apply it AFTER you set your foundation with a powder. Does that make sense? Hope this helps!

I really liked your video, and it helped a lot. I have a question. I am new to contouring.. I apply a mousse foundation and then put powder on top to set it, because I am really oily. Should I apply a powder contour over the setting powder or over the mousse foundation and then put a powder on top of that? I hope that makes sense. I'm lost and dont know when to do it? Please help! THANKS!
